Business Analyst - Enterprise Content Management

OpenText Public Sector Solutions has an immediate need for a Business Analyst experienced with enterprise content management applications.

Position Summary: 
The candidate should have six (6) or more years of experience in system life cycle development, business process improvement / re-engineering, requirements gathering / validation, system design and consensus building along with at least two (2) years experience with the OpenText Content Server ECM product suite. The experience should include working with custom enterprise content management based applications that fully automate an organization’s business processes.  

Candidates should have EXPERIENCE in the following:

  • Domain knowledge of the OpenText Content Server ECM application.
  • Experienced in Business Process Analysis and Business Process Re-Engineering
  • Experience in gathering requirements from varying groups and building consensus for requirement finalization and approval.
  • Experience working with development team to create detailed design documentation.
  • Experience creating document management models that address community, information and security requirements.
  • Experience creating workflows to automate business processes.
  • Experience performing software testing.
  • Experience preparing detailed end user documentation.
  • Ability to train users and develop training materials.
  • Provide functional support for the Content Server application, working closely with production support, design, and development teams.

OTHER DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Records Management lifecycle.
  • Ability to create justifications, retention periods, disposition searches for official records.  Ability to train record officers on the ERM program. Ability to work with records managers to develop ERM polices and procedures.
  • Accomplished written and oral business communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
