(formerly Momentum Systems) (OTPSS) was established in 1993 as Momentum Systems, who became the leading OpenText Global Alliance Partner in the U.S. government sector for more than 12 years. Working closely with OpenText, we developed a successful track record of implementing and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions across all levels of government and at some of the largest federal agencies.

Then, in 2007, with a solid understanding of Momentum Systems – our capabilities, approach, and staff – OpenText acquired our company in an effort to expand its solutions expertise within the U.S. government market. Today, OpenText Public Sector Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the sole public sector services arm of OpenText Corporation.
